What kind of feed is your horse on right now ? Just hay ?
He gets 6-8 flakes of hay depending on how big the flakes are, and Pro Form step 8 grain and beet pulp twice a day

what do you think it's reasonable to jump a 15-16 year old horse that have done 5ft jumpers all his life (he's injury free) should i step down on his training?
That is like Grand Prix level, so if they are a really physically fit horse they should be fine most Grand Prix horses still compete at that age, you should really ask your trainer though because I don't know anything about the horse.

Do you get bad horseflies where you live? Do you know of any flyspray that actually keep them away? We get horseflies so bad here that the sky is dark from them. No fly sprays work (not even wipe or ultra shield). The only thing that works is using flysheets and putting konk spray on the legs :(

Omg yes please do a video on fly control!! The bugs get so bad where I live that my horses are in fly sheets 24/7 in the summer
