What would you do with an undermuscled, slightly underweight 7yr old green mare? I don't want her to be wasted in the paddock. What are some excersises under saddle to build her up and calm her done? Please don't just say get a trainer/coach as I already get weekly lessons.
Why would she be wasted in the paddock? A 7 year old horse with no injuries has the potential to do pretty much anything you want. Any type of riding will build muscle if the horse is using its body correctly. If she's quick do a lot of transitions and changing your track

What's the grossest situation you've been in at your job as a nurse
It's hard to say because I'm pretty desensitized to gross things now ? probably when people have wounds and you can see bone and stuff, they usually smell really bad too that's probably the worst part about it
