It's not very competitive, mostly people go to schooling shows, and we don't host any shows, most people do hunters or jumpers but there are a couple people that do dressage and a couple that ride western

We hot shoe and I don't know why, I think hot shoes are easier to get a more precise fit but I dunno ? our farrier is really great we just do what he says ?

Try not to brush it at all. You could brush the top of the tail with a stiff brush though to help with circulation and to stimulate hair growth.
