Bro Regularly i do deadlift but last wk somehow I had lower back pain just abv glutes during DL so i stopped lifting immediately. Dokter blg i've scoliosis and i should totally avoid DL, squats and other things that would burden my lower back. Pertanyaan gw apa substitute untuk 2 latihan ini? Thanks

For now, istirahat dulu and stretch your hamstrings.
The glutes are connected to the hamstring.
Coba aja stretch hamstring, youd be surprised when your lower back feels a bit better.
