I joined Underwater because Daiz wanted me to edit Ozma, FFF because Eien and vale wanted me to edit Hataraku Maou-sama, GotWoot (briefly) because Sapphi wanted me to take over on Dakara H, UTW because Kusion wanted me to edit Minami-ke Tadaima, and Watashi because shark0week0 wanted me to encode the Yamada and the Seven Witches drama. Only one I applied to myself was gg because they needed a replacement editor for Jormungand and joining gg was kind of a career goal of mine.

Not really, no. For one, I only applied to one group, and I was somehow under the impression that I could just spend a few hours per week on editing. Ha ha ha.

Do you know where I can download gg's Hidan no Aria (ep 1-10)? All torrents on nyaa are dead.
Have you tried XDCC? I still have them on my computer so I could make a new torrent if all else fails, but it'll take a day or two for me to upload so you're better off using XDCC if you can.
