Are there illegit memes? Or does the internet have a way of shutting those down?

>grown woman says 「遊びに行こうよ!」
>subs say "Let's go play!"
Why is this allowed?

Are "tall" and "tool" homophones in Australia? Or at least in some parts of Australia?
http://ask.fm/Xythar/answers/139671745912 I meant more like conceptually. Not all turns have to take the same amount of real world time. Just like, gameplay-wise, how many turns do you think it would take?
i have no idea
How far back in history could I dump you without you being screwed?
that word existed before the mediocre moe pirate show, actually

If fansubbing were a turn-based strategy game, how many turns would it take to complete a release (original translation)?

What does it mean when someone says "she's a very xD girl"?
it could mean she is either: 1) reminiscent of the general feeling portrayed by the xD emoticon 2) reminiscent of the kind of people who use the xD emoticon 3) someone who tends to make the actual xD face a lothard to say without context
Why shouldn't it be shier though? Usually y becomes i when vowels-beginning-with endings get added don't they?
if you expect pretty much any language to play by its own rules then you're gonna have a bad time
But why are drier and dryer both things when shier isn't a thing? And what's the deal with flier vs. flyer?
idk, ask whoever decided that english would be dumbflyer and flier are just alternate spellings for the same thing afaik

I was always taught that compound words with spaces in them (such as "high school" in this case) should retain the space when used to create hyphenated adjectives. Is this not the case to your knowledge? (Or am I taking the joke too seriously?)
I'd say that's probably the rule Funi's been going by as well (since they've consistently hyphenated it that way ever since the original Danganronpa anime). I think it's a stupid rule, though, since it leads to misleading phrases like that one (which is exactly what proper hyphenation is supposed to avoid). So if it was up to me, I'd hyphenate the whole thing (or just use a less awkward turn of phrase). But yeah I mostly posted that because I found it funny how the line break emphasised that particular misinterpretation.
