So is what D_S said in his little blog about the drama true at all or is there some bs being spoken?

if you expect D_S to write about actual facts you don't really know him very well at all
pretty much 100% of what senketsu said is hilariously wrong and people have had anime screencaps DMCA'd from twitter since at least the start of this season. one guy even got a tweet DMCA'd for linking to the alexa stats for kissanime.
the point is that RYM and Funi abuse the DMCA system to get people they don't like suspended even if all the content on their account is obviously fair use (or stuff they don't even have the rights to, like Precure). will it happen to you? who knows. but all it takes is for someone to tag you in a tweet with RYM and for them to identify you as a fansubber, no actual infringing content or rule violations necessary.

Did you hear about Dai Shogun's production woes (which included pulling the entire budget from the series)? No wonder the guy who created this series needed to reboot it.

kicking it off was half my fault and half skiddiks (well, mostly skiddiks)
the fact that it can happen at all is fucked up and is a product of america's broken copyright system, RYM's unscrupulousness and funi actually enabling them
